Job Description:The Digital Intern helps improve how customers use KFC digital services from start to finish across different European countries. This mainly includes ordering kiosks, loyalty programs, and how new customers register & opt in.The intern reviews the different customer journeys, asses their alignment with KFC standards & identify areas to improve. They are in contact with the markets Digital leads, under the supervision of the KFC Europe Digital Growth Manager.They also support the KFC Europe Digital team in their operations: regional KPI tracking, recurring reportinG improvement, and contribute to important yearly events organization.Responsibilities:1. Digital customer journey auditAudit the kiosk layouts & support optimization operationally in Webu & CEESend feedbacks & follow up with marketsSupport CEE Porjetc Manager with updating the kiosk merch playbook, coaching the markets, building mockups & designing improvements propositionsMarkets : Spain, Italy, Germany, Belarus, Switzerland, Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Nordics, Poland, Czechia, Hungary2. Audit CRM / loyalty CX & customer onboardingReview implementation of 7 fundamental CRM journeysReview the customer registration & CRmopt in onboarding journeysMarkets : Spain, Italy, Germany, Belarus, Netherlands, Romania, Ukraine, Nordics, Poland, Czechia, Hungary3. Operational supportCo-build & co-execute the com strategy 2.0 in 2026, ie:Produce & send monthly comsImprove existing ones creating template4. Tech Summit : event planning supportSupport the team in organizing and leading the Tech & Digital Summit in June 2026 in WarsawWorking RelationshipsCoachAssistantFranchisee contactsCDTOOps teamMarketing teamQualifications:Excellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills , proven experience of interaction within cross functional teams, international experience is a plusC1 EnglishGood organizational skills, is able to manage a project with a planning, a to do list, report to a manager about status update & raise issues openlyComfortable with data, excel, analytical capacity is a plusExperience or strong interest in the following:CX/UX designDigital / ecom merchandizingProject ManagementCRM & loyalty strategy, customer journey & performance tracking
