- Design and development of analog and digital electronic circuits according to defined requirement
- Design of high-performance power electronic converters as well as related control and drive circuits, such as magnetic components, gate drivers, and protection circuits
- Design of high-performance circuits for measuring current, voltage, temperature, and other innovative sensor signals
- Execution of laboratory and field tests in internal and external laboratories for debugging hardware prototypes prior to series production release
- Analysis of test results, root cause analysis of deviations or failures, preparation of clear and meaningful test reports, and implementation of appropriate corrective actions
- Execution and support of EMC testing and development of solutions to ensure compliance with global standards
- Support of system-level integration and validation, working closely with other departments
- Participation in DFMEA activities, identifying technical risks and defining suitable mitigation actions
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in hardware development or systems engineering, preferably in the automotive environment
- Strong hands-on experience in applied engineering and hardware development activities
- Proven ability to work independently and responsibly on complex technical topics, with a senior-level mindset and ownership
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective cooperation with cross-functional teams
- Strong commitment to deadlines, targets, and project milestones, combined with a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High level of self-motivation, reliability, and quality awareness
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%)
