SIX Graduate - Business Development and Sales Exchange

• You will spend your first placement in the Equity Sales department within the Exchange business unit.
• In this team you will understand our offering across different types of clients and support the sales and product team in client reports, presentations, analysis and strategic work to drive business growth.
• You will complete your remaining three rotations within the Exchange business unit. These may include departments such as Product, Analytics or Execution Consulting.
• You will enhance your profile in business development and sales at SIX through on- and off-the-job training.
• You will receive guidance from a senior mentor throughout the intensive program, leveraging their experience to support your learning and development.

• Completed or soon-to-be-completed Master's degree (by summer), preferably in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or a related field, from a university or university of applied sciences.
• Initial relevant work experience, for example through internships or a working student position.
• Interest in Capital Markets, Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity, Fast learner with strong information processing skills, Openness to feedback and ability to apply it, comfortable around data
• Strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, with the ability to understand and resolve complex issues.
• A customer-focused mindset with a strong willingness to support others and find solutions, combined with the motivation to continuously develop new skills and a positive, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.
• Very good written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a strong asset.
