CHF) that significantly impact internal business objectivesYou develop highly complex projects and will be responsible for successful implementation in terms of schedule/budget and quality goals. You are responsible for the project execution strategy. You develop a suitable project organization and you lead the project team members (internal and external) in a matrix organizationYou create an environment of inclusion where differing perspectives are fostered and encouraged and you coach your project team members or other project managers with less experienceYou are a recognized expert in CAPEX project management and have a broad knowledge of related disciplines. You are able to challenge project requirements, costs and timelinesYour report the projects to local and global steering committees and approval bodies.
