- Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell upon departure
- Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on VIP Guest requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
- Give courtesy calls and complete the task of Performance Monitor daily
- Maintain an active presence in the hotel lobby to greet and assist incoming/current guests
- Maintain a neat, tidy, pleasing, and professional appearance always
- Review and prepares next day's arrival reports for GC, VIPs and those accorded special status, ensuring that these are highlighted to the management and necessary related functions are activated
- Ensure that guest history is updated on a regular basis with accurate and pertinent information
- Assist and coordinate with the Front Office Reception team to ensure consistent services
- Actively obtain feedback from guests to improve services and facilities
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
- Inspect VIP room status and amenities in good order prior to guests' arrival
- Ensures that, whenever possible, guests receive personal recognition
- Escorts VIP guests to their allocated room and elaborate on all the available facilities/events/offers and room's features
- Prepare and coordinate the distribution of guest amenities, welcome letters and fruit setups for VIPs, GC and long-stay guests, as required
- Ensures clear communication between Concierge, Front Office, and Reservations, in particular
- Report daily activities in logbook and attend daily operations briefings

- Must be fluent in German and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure

- Perfect grooming, always on a neat and tidy appearance
- Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
