- Onboarding new clients and building your own portfolio.
- Managing each account to ensure that clients' profiles are complete and the accounts are properly maintained and serviced.
- Meeting prospects and clients; preparing and following up on the meetings.
- Selling and implementing managed investment solutions and advisory services to core clients, with the support of our investment professionals.
- Ensuring that the strategies and services proposed match or exceed client's needs and objectives.
- Monitoring portfolios and delivering performance reviews.
- Keeping abreast of market news, understanding its impact on clients' portfolios and communicating this effectively.
- Establishing close and fruitful relations with other service providers, both within and outside the Group.
- Maintaining a strong compliance culture and ensuring optimal compliance and risk management by adhering to all relevant local laws, regulatory requirements and in-house directives and procedures.
- Bachelor's in Economics and Business Management.
- Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA), accredited by the Swiss Association for Quality.
- At least 10 years' experience in wealth management in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Well-acquainted with Middle Eastern and European culture, having worked in the region for at least 10 years.
- Experience in alternative investments, and of maintaining strong relationships with fund manager clients.
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring a team of private bankers and client relationship officers.
- Solid track record in developing a book of business consisting of ultra-high-net-worth clients, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.
- Sound understanding of investments, banking and trust structures including asset allocation in structured portfolios and managed portfolios, brokerage accounts, portfolio reviews, as well as deposit and loan solutions. You will also be familiar with basic trusts and identifying wealth planning opportunities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Capacity to develop client relationships, with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
