- Develop and maintain the Master Supply Plan for key bottleneck resources, ensuring cross-functional alignment across the organization
- Lead and facilitate Master Scheduling (MPS) review meetings with key stakeholders to confirm priorities, feasibility and operational actions
- Build and manage the Master Production Schedule for critical manufacturing resources
- Ensure planning master data accuracy in ERP systems, reflecting supply capabilities and lead times
- Monitor and report Operational Planning KPIs, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
- Contribute to the Supply Review step of the S&OP process, providing insights and recommendations to address operational constraints
- Lead what-if scenario planning and recovery plans in case of capacity or material constraints
- Act as a key driver for planning and supply chain continuous improvement, enhancing planning processes, reporting tools and data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance, inventory optimization and operational productivity
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within complex manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proven experience in Master Production Scheduling or advanced production planning roles
- Strong expertise in short-term scheduling and long-term capacity planning
- Excellent command of ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred) and planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
- Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience contributing to continuous improvement and planning process optimization initiatives
- Fluent French and English are required
- Candidates currently based outside Switzerland are welcome to apply if they are willing to relocate to French-speaking Switzerland and have strong French language skills and meet all technical and experience requirements.
