Contract - Permanent, full time (36 h/week)What your impact will be:
- Affiliate Program Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of existing affiliates, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while nurturing strong relationships with existing ones.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve affiliate performance.
- Optimization & Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and conversion rates within the affiliate network.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Manage commercial negotiations with partners, ensuring competitive agreements that benefit both parties.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Monitor traffic sources and ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Awin, Rakuten, or similar).
- Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) or e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience working on the US market.
- Exposure to platforms such as Travelpayouts or Stay22.
- Knowledge of additional acquisition channels (retargeting, display, SEM).
