- Define system arquitecture, component specifications and interface requirements for optimal efficiency of wireless charging systems
- Design and develop power electronics systems for inductive EV charging systems
- Simulate converters and control loops using Spice, Matlab/Simulink or similar tools
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis (CAN traces, power efficiency, electromagnetics) and continuous improvement of charging systems
- Validate performance through lab measurements, prototype testing and field trials.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive high-power electronics design and validation
- Professional experience in the automotive industry or wireless energy transfer systems is an advantage
- Deep knowledge of inductive power transfer principles and standards. Knowledge of bidirectional power transfer is a plus
- Familiarity with functional safety and automotive development processes
- Strong communication, mentoring, problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
