Location: Olten or Lausanne (CH) or Prague (CZ)We are looking for a highly motivated Front Support Structured Product Specialist to manage the entry, coordination and lifecycle of non-standard and complex trading deals. You will support the Front Office and work closely with internal teams and external partners such as exchanges, brokers and clearing houses to ensure efficient, compliant and smooth trading operations.Your main responsibilities
  • Origination & Structured Energy Management (SEM) Support: Act as a subject-matter expert for structured energy product, supporting deal execution, confirmations and life cycle management
  • Deal capture: Responsible for entering non-standard and complex deals for Trading & Originations. Maintain trading systems, ensure data consistency, and resolve technical or operational issues
  • Front Office Support: Provide operational support to Front Office in their daily activities which include:
  • New product testing & implementation: Assist with the rollout of new products by performing system testing, validating configurations, and ensuring operational readiness
  • Onboarding and Exchange management: Act as the key point of contact for exchanges, overseeing all onboarding processes, documentation, memberships, and fee administration
  • Support for clearing houses, brokers, and auction offices: Coordinate trader registrations and maintain smooth communication with external stakeholders
Your profile
  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the energy trading sector or in commodity structured product
  • Strong analytical ability, organizational ability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Keen interest in the energy origination business and fast-paced trading environment
  • Fluency in English is a must. German, French or Italian is an advantage
