Duration: 6 months (with potential extension)Who you are:We are looking for a highly motivated Legal & Compliance Intern with a strong interest in technology and AI to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will not only support our legal and compliance operations but also actively contribute to the automation and digitalization of workflows. You will work closely with our Legal & Compliance team, bringing fresh ideas on how to leverage AI and technology to make processes more efficient, accurate, and scalable.Your tasks & responsibilities:
  • Support the Legal & Compliance team with day-to-day tasks such as drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and compliance records.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within compliance workflows.
  • Research and test AI tools for document review, regulatory monitoring, and knowledge management.
  • Assist in developing digital templates, dashboards, and knowledge bases for legal & compliance use.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes (FinSA, AML, ESG, etc.) and explore how technology can support monitoring and reporting.
  • Contribute your own ideas and prototypes to improve efficiency and scalability of the department.
What you bring:
  • Ongoing or recently completed studies in Law, Business Law, Data science, or related field.
  • Strong tech affinity, ideally with hands-on experience in AI tools, automation, or legal tech platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
  • Interest in financial services, fintech, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in your way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
