UBS RecruitingYour teamYou will be working in our Client Data Management Team in Opfikon, Zurich. This is a Client Lifecycle Maintenance function. In this role, you will support the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of client data across Swiss and global platforms. You will work closely with multiple business areas (FX, FI, EQ, IBD, WM) and use a wide range of specialized tools to ensure accurate, compliant, and well structured client information. Your daily tasks will include:
  • management of client address and contact information
  • execution of client onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • performing data quality checks, attribute updates, and account verifications
  • assuring uninterrupted client trading and revenue calculation.
Your expertiseYou have:
  • strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • ability to work accurately with complex data and multiple systems
  • good communication and coordination skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • experience in data management, onboarding, or financial operations (preferred)
  • motivation to learn specialized client data systems and processes
