As our Tools & Process Manager in the B2B Digital & Platforms team, you’ll own key applications, ensuring they evolve, stay rock-solid, and perform securely — all while delivering real business impact. This is your chance to shape the tools that power our digital success.YOUR CHALLENGE:
  • Product owner to develop & enhance the business application(s) that serve B2B & Wholesale customer roadmap developments & business needs
  • Ensure availability, stability, and security of application(s)
  • Coordinate incidents, changes, and releases to enable smooth and reliable delivery of business requirements
  • Capture, align, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Steer and quality-assure delivery across external development partners and internal stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve application documentation
YOUR SKILLS:
  • Strong experience in technology-driven change roles across complex, multi-system environments serving B2B and Wholesale customers
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to successful rollout, ideally across several domains (Sales, Service, Operations, or Delivery)
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript, Python)
  • Strong understanding of APIs, Enterprise architectures, DevOps, and Git
  • Comfortable working with B2B data, connectivity, mobile, ICT products with ability to translate business requirements into application deliverablesStrong understanding of modern digital platforms, integration patterns, and data flows in a corporate context
  • Hands-on experience with process analytics, workflow optimization, and embedding automation into business journeys
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, create alignment, and hold the line on priorities
