Situated at the intersection of commercial strategy, finance, and business analytics, you will define a customer-centric and differentiated value proposition for key growth initiatives in Fashion. By partnering closely with the Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives, you will determine how strategic programs are deployed to increase customer impact and business growth globally and provide qualitative and quantitative insights to inform trade-off decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic analysis and decision support for the Head of Strategic Growth Initiatives, delivering clear recommendations grounded in data and commercial insight.Own end-to-end arguments for priority growth initiatives, including financial modeling, qualitative assessment, resource planning, and risk evaluation.Lead multi-year planning and investment cases, including TAM sizing, value modeling, and evaluation of partnership or inorganic growth opportunities.Partner closely with execution teams to ensure initiatives are delivered with impact, merging strategic ambition with operational feasibility.Act as a connective layer across regions and functions, encouraging clarity, alignment, and transparency while reinforcing local ownership and accountability.What You Bring5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, and/or ecommerce.Outstanding analytical and quantitative abilities combined with the capability to make well-informed decisions in unclear situations.Strong strategic and commercial competence, paired with a deep understanding of growth levers in marketplace or digital businesses.The ability to zoom out to build the bigger picture while also diving deep into details when needed.A proven track record of scaling and orchestrating cross-functional initiatives in complex, global organizations.Comfort operating across Product, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, and regional business teams.A highly collaborative approach — you believe impact is achieved together as one team!Additional DetailseBay is an equal opportunity employer.
