Verantwortung für die übergeordnete Koordination von Bauprojekten in der Abteilung Facility Services im Bereich Gebäudeunterhalt
Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen wie Engineering, Produktion und Unterhalt
Verantwortung für die korrekte Dokumentation seiner Verantwortlichkeiten
Erarbeitung der Unterlagen zur Baubewilligung
Ihr Profil:
Technische Grundausbildung (Bauleiter, Zeichner oder vergleichbar)
Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
Weiterbildung im Bereich Bau von Vorteil
Berufserfahrung in pharmazeutischer Umgebung wünschenswert
Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein, analytisches Denken, hohe Genauigkeit und selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
IT-Affinität
Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
