- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to track the funnel and develop new strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine our outreach approach by optimizing prospecting scripts and sequences based on performance data.
- 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles.
- Prospecting experience in SaaS or Tech companies.
- Native or fluent proficiency in German and English.
- Experience in early-stage, high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ability to prospect and book qualified demos through outbound sales activities.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
