Are you a process-driven and solution-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for project management? We're looking for you to act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the IT department, driving digital transformation!Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis & Requirements
  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from internal clients (lawyers and support functions such as Marketing, HR, Finance, BD).
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for IT delivery.
  • Ensure requirements and solutions are aligned with standards, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Project Delivery & Reporting
  • Manage and support small to medium-sized projects, following firm-wide standards and processes.
  • Provide structured reports and updates to the Head of IT and project stakeholders.
  • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful, timely outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement.
  • Act as the Business–IT Representative, building strong relationships with lawyers and business functions.
  • Ensure priorities and expectations are clearly aligned and communicated across teams.
  • Deliver presentations, structured reports, and documentation to senior stakeholders.
  • Productivity, AI & Tools
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring rapid progress without compromising quality.
  • Use AI-powered productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to draft, analyze, and accelerate documentation and reporting.
  • Show a proactive willingness to automate recurring tasks and streamline daily work.
  • Efficiently leverage:
  • Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.)
  • On-premise Microsoft tools (e.g., SharePoint Server, Microsoft tool suite).
  • Work with modern project management and collaboration platforms (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education (minimum): Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years as a Business Analyst, with additional project management experience preferred.
  • Certifications (preferred, not mandatory):
  • Business Analysis: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
  • Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • IT/Process: ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment, delivering solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with lawyers and business services leaders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in reporting, documentation, and structured presentations.
  • Proven track record in requirements gathering and solution-oriented project delivery.
  • Industry experience in law, insurance, finance, or other professional services is a strong plus.
  • Highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented.
  • Advanced user of both Microsoft 365 (cloud) and on-premise Microsoft tools; able to work efficiently in hybrid environments.
  • Hands-on experience with modern project management and collaboration platforms (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automate daily work tasks for speed and efficiency.

  • Languages: Native or fluent German (mandatory); English C1 level.
