Managing and expanding a small, entrepreneurial commercial team across different geographies.
Representing the company at leading international trade events and positioning it as a reference player in its field.
Ensuring operational excellence in delivery and support to partners.
Proven track record of international commercial leadership within MedTechEnglish C2
Proven track record of international commercial leadership within MedTech.
Experience in launching and scaling innovative devices or solutions.
Strong background in distributor management, market development, and B2B healthcare sales.
International mindset, ideally with exposure to European and US healthcare ecosystems; knowledge of Asia is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
Willingness to travel.
