  • Oversee the preparation and review of management accounts, trial balances, statutory accounts, and other reporting deliverables.
  • Coordinate with global service centers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present financial materials at board meetings, collaborating closely with General Management, Risk & Compliance, and other stakeholders.
  • Work with external partners including auditors, actuaries, and group financial controllers to proactively meet reporting needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and day-to-day contacts across multiple accounts.

  • Swiss qualification in Accounting and/or Controlling (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, Fachausweis, CFC).
  • Solid experience with international reporting standards (IFRS).
  • 3-8 years' experience in Financial Accounting and/or Controlling, ideally in an international corporate environment.
  • Language skills: Native French or German; fluency in English is essential.
In this role, you will take ownership of financial reporting across a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness in line with the Swiss Code of Obligations and IFRS. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will play a key role in reporting, governance, and stakeholder management.
