- Support and contribute to the marketing activities of the Swiss marketing organization in the area of Respiratory in the two indications severe asthma and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for a biologic therapy in collaboration with the medical team.
- Manage clearly defined projects on its own, provide regular update to the marketing manager & commercial head.
- Support the development of innovative strategies and activities for the promotion of the product in the market.
- Market intelligence: analyze the market, competition and sales, investigate scientific questions to build further knowledge on our products and differentiate those in their markets.
- Support the implementation of digital transformation initiatives within the Respiratory business unit, including AI-driven projects (Generative AI, AI-supported sales tools, digital marketing solutions) to enhance commercial effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Plan and lead projects with external providers, such as agencies, media or external consultants (mainly in German language).
- Prepare and execute conferences, symposia, customer events.
- Previous experience or strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in marketing, sales, or commercial functions, would be an asset.
- Exposure to or knowledge of biologics, specialty care, or respiratory therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven sales platforms is advantageous.
- First experience through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities in a commercial or healthcare environment is welcome.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, embracing comprehensive learning opportunities in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams (Marketing, Sales, Medical).

- Master’s degree in Biology/Medicine, Pharma D/Pharmaceuticals or other natural sciences.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
- German language skills a must (B1 at least).
