Job Category: Major AccountsJob Description:Fortinet is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Major Account Manager - Service Provider to grow our footprint with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), carriers, and key service providers across Switzerland. In this strategic role, you will be instrumental in expanding our presence in the service provider market through targeted partner development, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.If you're a motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of the telecom and carrier ecosystem, and you're ready to help service providers build next-generation security offerings, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing
Build and manage strong relationships with selected MSSPs and carriers in Switzerland
Drive joint business plans with partners focused on revenue growth, profitability, and go-to-market strategy
Collaborate with Fortinet's distribution partners and align efforts with key players in the local market
Enable partner sales teams with product training, technical updates, and sales coaching
Execute marketing campaigns using development funds to generate pipeline and new opportunities
Act as a channel strategist and trusted advisor within the Swiss service provider ecosystem
Work cross-functionally with Fortinet's marketing, technical, and engineering teams to support partner success
Travel across Switzerland (up to 4 days/week) to meet partners, customers, and distributors
Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through a combination of direct and indirect sales
What You Bring to the Team
Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the cybersecurity, telecom, or IT industry
Solid understanding of carrier and service provider business models and solutions
Proven success in partner development and sales growth in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels-from technical stakeholders to C-level executives
Ability to deliver impactful sales and technical enablement sessions
Entrepreneurial, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a dynamic setting
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
Completed IT apprenticeship or a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field-cybersecurity background is a strong asset
