In this role, you will safeguard full conformity to customer and internal standards, drive robust problem‑solving and continuous improvement, and act as the primary interface for all customer quality topics.With strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a hands‑on approach, you will play a key role in strengthening our quality systems, advancing digitalization, and supporting our journey toward operational excellence in an international, fast‑moving environment.Your responsibilities will be to:Lead and develop the plant Quality organization, fostering ownership, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvementAct as the primary customer quality interface, ensuring professional communication and effective management of quality claimsOwn and continuously improve quality systems and processes, including process control, capability monitoring, and audit readinessEnsure robust process controls and effective quality execution across the shopfloor and supply chainDrive performance through data, translating quality KPIs into actionable improvement initiativesLead APQP and PPAP for new products, ensuring seamless industrialization and SOP readinessChampion structured problem solving and a strong, data-driven quality cultureMaintain and evolve the Quality Management System (ISO / IATF), including governance, compliance, and change managementManage the Quality function budget and drive sustainable cost and performance improvementsOur requirements:Engineering degree or equivalent experience, with solid leadership background in industrial QualityProven management experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environmentsStrong command of IATF 16949 / ISO standards and automotive quality methodsExperience leading audits, QRQC routines, and KPI-driven performance managementFluent English and French (B2), German is a strong advantage, combined with a resilient, solution-oriented mindset and a strong interest in quality digitalization and automationWhat we offer:A truly international and multicultural and fast-moving work environment, with opportunity to travel and gain international experienceA cutting-edge, fully automated production environment where innovation meets executionThe opportunity to further develop your professional skills in a diverse and engaging jobCome join our global, inclusive & diverse teamOur purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
