You may be our newBackend developer C#Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop our core application and its extensions
  • Design modern Web APIs, including authentication and encryption
  • Ensure unit tests and interface testing are performed
  • Ensure high security standards of the Web applications
  • Provide good quality documentation using appropriate tools (e.g., Swagger)
  • Give support in the implementation of interfaces for other teams
  • Close cooperation with external suppliers and other relevant SIG departments
  • Ideally support and extend our externally developed web interface
You bring these skills, experience & education
  • At least 3 years of experience in C# and Web Development
Experience in agile software development with Scrum.Experience working with REST APIs.Understands how to create intuitive User Frontends (UI) and how to improve User Experience (UX).Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.Has an analytic mindset and is able to transfer concepts into code.Good communication skills and can work as part of a team.Ideally, more than 2 years of frontend experience in JavaScript, Typescript, React.Ideally, more than 2 years of backend experience in NodeJS.Ideally, experience in using npm for web applications and Git for code versioning.Experience in the implementation of web applications and a deep understanding in modern IT architecture.Appreciated skills: C#, React, Typescript, System design, Unit-Testing and mocks, Software documentation, Git Version Control. Optional: MongoDBApplication experience: Visual Studio.
