Assist the Head/Bar Manager in daily tasks
Ensure that all food safety and health protocols are followed
Manage bar openings and closings
Train and supervise bar staff, based on the LQA & BSA standards
Plan work schedules according to operational needs
Ensure effective communication within the team
Monitor and manage beverage and equipment inventory
Conduct regular stock counts and place necessary orders
Ensure beverages and supplies are properly stored
Deliver excellent customer service and handle potential complaints or issues
Maintain a warm and welcoming environment for guests
Promote bar events and special offers
Handle cash and financial transactions
Participate in the creation and implementation of events and special offers
