SAP MM & Ariba Specialist

• Ensure seamless operational continuity across all SAP MM processes (e.g. ordering, replenishment, inventory, material master, supplier master) during the transition from ECC to S/4HANA
• Take ownership of sub-projects within the S/4HANA rollout such as:
• Harmonization of Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows, Improvement of data governance, Integration of SAP Ariba modules (SLP, SCC)
• Develop user-centric documentation, training materials, and SharePoint content to support effective onboarding and knowledge transfer
• Deliver user training across multiple functions and divisions

• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Procurement, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment of system and process enhancements

• Identify process inefficiencies, propose pragmatic improvements, and implement scalable, business-ready solutions

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting day-to-day operations while driving readiness for future transformation

• Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or a related discipline

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP MM within global or industrial environments

• Strong expertise in S2P processes, order management, and master data governance

• Practical knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Ariba (SLP/SCC)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

• Skilled in working across cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder expectations

• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain effective in dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken

• Experience in S/4HANA migration projects or digital supply chain initiatives is an advantage
