Job description:Have you successfully completed your culinary training and are now looking for an exciting opportunity to further develop your passion for cooking in a professional environment? Switzerland AG is looking for motivated young chefs to support its kitchen team in preparing high-quality dishes for the SWISS Lounges at Geneva . Main responsibilities: - Assisting in the production and plating of high-quality dishes - Supporting goods receipt and quality control - Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards - Keeping your workstation clean and contributing to overall kitchen order - Supporting inventory management, stock control, and proper storage according to FIFO/FEFO principles - Participating in internal training sessions, team meetings, and professional development programs - Actively contributing to the implementation of quality and environmental standards - Representing the company responsibly and professionally Requirements: - Completed apprenticeship as a chef (EFZ or equivalent) - Initial professional experience is an advantage - Passion for cooking and a strong commitment to quality - Reliable, clean, and structured working style - Team player with willingness to learn and take initiative - Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays - Clean criminal record and residency in Switzerland for at least five years - Interest in a long-term position If you are motivated to gain hands-on experience and become part of a professional kitchen team, we look forward to receiving your application!
