Lead Discovery Efforts: Identify, design, and deliver novel, sustainable molecules for use in perfumery and beauty applications as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with data scientists. Project Leadership: Manage and execute innovation projects aligned with strategic business goals, ensuring timely and impactful outcomes. Accelerate Innovation: Guide the development of strategies and AI tools to enhance the speed and efficiency of Design-Make-Test-Analyze (DMTA) cycles by leveraging automation. Foster Collaboration: Build and nurture internal and external partnerships to strengthen scientific collaboration and innovation pipelines. Team Development: Supervise and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning. Scientific Excellence: Stay at the forefront of scientific advancements through literature review, seminars, and conferences. Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present scientific reports, ensuring clear communication of technical results to stakeholders and at internal R&D meetings. Work at the forefront of new technology implementation towards the discovery of new ingredients for Perfumery & Beauty. Work in continuous dialogue with colleagues in perfumery and process chemistry. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus.
