Global HR Business Patner - Full time

Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR plans and policies that align with business goals.
Advisory Role: Act as a strategic advisor on HR matters to executive management.
Global HR Projects: Lead and participate in global HR projects and initiatives.
Talent Management: Focus on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion across all HR processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices.
Performance Management: Implement effective performance management systems.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: Over 6 years + of experience in a regional or Global HR role within a global environment.
Skills: Strong problem-solving, people management, and change management skills.
Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
