Who is the company and what is the context?Our client is an international organisation in the tech distribution space, currently enhancing its internal reporting and consolidation capabilities. As part of this growth, they are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in CCH Tagetik, particularly in consolidation. This role acts as the key link between Accounting, Controlling and IT, supporting the efficient and compliant group close process.The position is based in the Swiss HQ (Zurich area) and offered in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week onsite).What will you do?
Support the monthly, quarterly and yearly group consolidation process in CCH Tagetik
Analyse and translate finance and accounting requirements into system-based solutions
Work closely with Group Accounting to improve reporting flows and intercompany reconciliation
Provide guidance and support to internal users, ensuring data quality and system usability
Coordinate enhancements and configurations in close collaboration with external partners
Create documentation, support user training and ensure system is audit-ready
Participate in ongoing projects to improve consolidation and reporting processes
What profile and skills should you bring?
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business IT or similar
Minimum 2 years of experience with CCH Tagetik, especially in consolidation modules
Understanding of group reporting processes, intercompany elimination, and IFRS or local GAAP
Structured, analytical and hands-on working style
Comfortable working with stakeholders across Finance and IT
Fluent English required; German a plus
Strong interest in EPM systems and financial process improvement
