We're committed to innovation and growth, fostering a culture that embraces agile methodologies and flexible work arrangements.We’re growing fast – and we’re hiring!We are seeking an experienced and proactive, qualified candidate to drive group-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools, ensuring we stay at the forefront of AI-driven productivity.This role, based at our Headquarter in Zürich- West- startdate as soon as possible, is critical in helping all internal teams unlock efficiency potential, enhance decision-making, and embed AI into daily workflows.You will focus on identifying impactful use cases, embedding AI into how we work, train internal teams, and helping us become a Customer Zero reference for Microsoft.Your responsibilities
  • Champion AI usage: Promote awareness and enthusiasm for AI use in everyday use cases across departments
  • Use Case Development: Collaborate with departments to identify, document, and implement high-impact AI use cases across the our organization
  • Training and Enablement: Design and deliver onboarding, workshops, and hands-on training sessions tailored to various teams and roles
  • Change Management: Lead internal communication and support efforts to guide teams through the cultural and operational shift toward AI adoption
  • Governance and Best Practices: Ensure responsible use of AI aligned with company policies, data security, and compliance standards
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track adoption rates, gather feedback, and report on AI usage impact across the organization
  • Liaison with Microsoft: Stay up to date with new Copilot features and updates; share insights and feedback with Microsoft as needed
What we are looking for
  • Proven experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption roles
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft’s AI stack
  • Experience in designing and implementing use cases with Microsoft Copilot
  • Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business value
  • Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and ethical use principles is a plus
Nice to Have
  • Certification in Change Management, Microsoft 365, or related programs
  • Experience working in SaaS, professional services, or enterprise environments
  • Background in IT, or related roles with a focus on technology enablement
