Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to cover a maternity leave in our Project Management team for 8-9 months. This role is cross-functional at the interface of the R&D, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, QA/RA as well as Scientific Affairs departments. Your mission will be to manage and coordinate activities of multidisciplinary Product Development projects in order to achieve project goals on time and within pre-defined scope. Projects in scope include the development of new assays and reagent kits for our Spatial Biology Division product portfolio, as well as their sustaining post launch.Essential Functions:As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will be responsible for the following:

Plan, monitor and manage cross-departmental projects.
Coordinate the projects among the different stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
Collaborate effectively with the R&D, Product Management, Marketing, Customer support, Manufacturing, QA/RA and Scientific Affairs teams in order to achieve the goals of the projects.
Maintain the team awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impact.
Manage project risks.
Monitor overall progress and use of resources.
Report project progresses in clear and detailed manner.
Liaise with other Bio-Techne divisions located in the US.

Required Qualifications and skills:Required qualifications

A validated experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, PMP certification or similar is a plus.
MSc. in biomedical engineering, life science, biology or similar field.
Working knowledge of project management tools.
Proficiency in English (at least C1), French is a plus.

Required soft skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail, capacity to work on 5-8 projects in parallel.
Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and to work in a team.
Capacity to adapt in a constantly changing environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Flexibility in working schedule with the ability to have meetings with US West Coast regularly.
Supportive, proactive team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to occasional tasks outside the core job scope to ensure overall project and team success.
