As part of its digital and procurement evolution, Philip Morris International (PMI) is looking for a Global Account Manager - Procurement. Hired through Manpower, you will operate at the heart of PMI's strategic IT and P&C procurement function, partnering with senior leadership to shape and execute global sourcing strategies.This role reports to the Global Head of Procurement for IT & P&C and serves as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across the organization (Director level and above).? Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Drive global IT procurement strategies aligned with PMI's business objectives.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level stakeholders, building strong partnerships and aligning procurement goals with broader business needs.Category Expertise: Lead the sourcing portfolio for global IT categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and innovation.Decision-Making Support: Influence business strategies and resource allocations through effective category governance and market insight.Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and implement contingency plans to ensure continuity and service excellence.Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing strategic direction, feedback, and development plans.? What You Bring:Proven experience in global IT procurement or category management.Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.Track record of working with senior leadership and influencing decision-making.Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable value.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience managing teams and driving performance.
