For our client, a leading bank in Zurich, we are looking for a skilled Data Scientist.

  • Support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, with focus on Internal Fraud
  • Design, develop, validate, implement and monitor predictive models
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to design quantitative solutions using different analytical principles to optimise various banking processes
  • Create and maintain relevant documentation
  • Assess and manage change requests raised by the business
  • Execute regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports
Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, mathematics), economics or banking and finance
  • Strong Banking experience with focus on Compliance, Risk Management and Legal
  • Min. 3 years of experience as a data scientist, preferred in a project environment
  • Strong database programming skills (e.g. SQL)
  • Proficient in programming (e.g. Python)
  • Experience in project management or business analysis
  • Excellent English communication skills
