- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MSC stakeholders across various markets, with a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and opportunities—while balancing the global objectives set by headquarters.
- Set and achieve KPIs for online sales through digital advertising levers, ensuring the media agency delivers against targets and contractual obligations.
- Lead internal meetings, QBRs, and annual reviews by providing strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign performance, website analytics, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and implement innovative performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Social, Native, Digital Audio, and Video channels—tailored to business goals and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Creative, Social Media, Data & Analytics, SEO, Content, Product, and agency partners—to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality assets aligned with annual digital sales targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance revenue streams through existing and new digital strategies, while improving campaign ROAS and experimenting with innovations in the adtech and martech ecosystem.
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies, ensuring effective customer acquisition flows and nurturing tactics are in place across all paid media touchpoints.
- Maintain oversight of account resourcing and profitability to ensure HQ and local markets are managed efficiently and profitably.
- Serve as the main escalation point for concerns raised by internal teams or local market stakeholders.
- Continuously review and optimize operational workflows, proposing and implementing process improvements where relevant.
- Collaborate with country and HQ stakeholders to prepare and manage the annual digital marketing budget, aligned with MSC Cruises’ B2C revenue goals.
- Lead and optimize affiliate and partnership programs to drive qualified traffic and conversions, ensuring alignment with digital acquisition strategy and performance goals.
- Manage key partners and co-branded initiatives, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and tracking.
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and ad server tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Campaign Manager and their relevant reporting frameworks.
- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and upskilling team members.
- Past experience in lead generation strategy and execution is a strong plus.
- Solid experience in budget ownership and cost control.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Proven track record of driving direct sales growth and improving ROAS through high-performing digital advertising campaigns.
- Passion for digital marketing, performance media, and innovative digital solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Google and Meta ad platforms, including setup auditing, implementation, and performance analysis with actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools such as Datorama.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to identify trends in data and transform insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Confident, articulate presenter—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and internal teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, capable of acting as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to senior leadership.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a drive to embrace new challenges.
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms such as Awin, Kwanko, and similar tools. Strong network of industry contacts to initiate partnership opportunities and brand collaborations.
