- Independently handling various secretarial tasks and supporting clinic staff in administrative matters.
- Contact person for questions regarding administrative personnel planning and working time management
- Maintaining and creating documentation and dossiers
- Responsibility for maintaining and managing staff deployment planning (duty scheduling, changes, etc.)
- Supporting the unit leader in long-term personnel planning (documenting entries and exits, rotations, etc.)
- Support in the course system
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in administration, preferably in a hospital setting
- Organizational talent and a structured, independent work style.
- Enjoyment of contact with different people
- Very good MS Office skills
- Fluent English & German skills
