About the CompanyOur client is a leading, multidisciplinary engineering company with over 40 years of experience in the planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities across the energy, environment and transport sectors in Switzerland.Location: Lucerne / 80 – 100%Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering?Do you have a passion for infrastructure projects and a talent for leading on-site operations?Your Area of ResponsibilityAs a Construction Manager, you'll bring your enthusiasm for civil and hydraulic engineering and your flair for site management to a wide range of infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial across all project phases:
  • Early Project Phases: You'll support planning teams by strategizing construction processes, managing materials, preparing detailed cost estimates, and providing valuable input on construction technology.
  • Tendering: You'll be responsible for preparing precise specifications for master builder tenders.
  • Project Implementation: You'll take charge of construction management duties, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, strict adherence to quality, cost, and safety standards, and timely completion of project-specific deadlines.
You will serve as the primary on-site contact for our clients regarding all construction management issues, backed by a skilled team of civil and environmental engineers.Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • Technical Training: A degree or equivalent technical training in civil engineering, with a focus on construction management, technology, or civil engineering.
  • Execution Experience: Proven experience in civil or hydraulic engineering projects.
  • Work Style: A structured, independent, and reliable approach to your work.
  • Communication & Personality: Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented personality.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability regarding the location and timing of your work assignments.
  • Language: Fluency in German is mandatory for this position.
