Join our team as a Maintenance Planner, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our maintenance systems and managing spare parts processes. You'll work closely with the Production Planning Department to create and implement yearly and monthly maintenance schedules, ensuring they are executed on time and within predetermined durations.Responsibilities:As the Maintenance Planner you will...Collaborate with the Production Planning Department to develop and execute annual and monthly maintenance plans for Maintenance and Production lines, ensuring timely completion, including outsourced maintenanceEnhance machine performance and reduce spare part costs by developing and maintaining effective maintenance systemsOversee the maintenance and readiness of sub-assembly units by coordinating the maintenance team's schedule and managing inventory for the mechanical and embosser roomsCollaborate with the Production Planning Department to coordinate and evaluate outsourced maintenance activitiesSupport Advanced Spare Parts studies and balance spare parts inventory levels to achieve targeted cost efficiencyParticipate in and lead safety, production performance, non-tobacco materials (NTM), and tobacco yield and quality improvement projectsRequirements:Practical experience in Maintenance PlanningTechnical higher educationStrong organizational, analytical, and technical skillsThe ability to set priorities, communicate with clarity, and lead training sessionsProficiency in MS Office and ERP system (SAP preferred).
