The COO division comprises Operations, Finance, Information Management, Human Resources and Logistics.   • Mission
Permanent contract and training programme of 12 months, based on a rotation through various departments of the COO teamThe purpose is to acquire targeted professional skills as well as practical experienceYou will learn to manage projects, build stakeholder relationships, and conduct change managementYou will be supported by a mentor, and a “buddy” during the entire programmeThis programme is dedicated to young graduates, with a Master's degree and a maximum of 12 months' global professional experience, seeking to discover the Banking industryIt includes the prospect of obtaining a permanent role within UBP Operations Team
  • Main responsibilities
1. Operations - Monitoring and ReconciliationsUnderstand the role of the Operations department, and the roles of the different teams within OperationsUnderstand Operations processes and propose process improvements where applicableParticipate in coordination tasks of transversal topics / projects within Operations departmentHelp to realise reportings and collect inputs from other teams on regular reportingsUnderstand and support Reconciliation's activity and investigations2. Banking OperationsJoin an Operations teamUnderstand the role of the Operations department, and the roles of the different teams within OperationsUnderstand Operations processes and propose process improvements where applicableSupport the processes of the teams in line with internal procedures and policiesSupport the cash services and securities services by discovering transfers, treasury operations, stock exchange and settlement activities.3. Risk management departmentJoin the risk management teamUnderstand the different roles within the risk teamUnderstand Operational risk going through incident management, RCSA…Support risk processes
  • Your Profile
Master's degree in finance or Information Technology obtained recently at a highly recognised universityMaximum 12 months' professional experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to partner with other teamsFluent in French and English; any other language would be a plusExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, programming skills is a plusStrong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player
