- Manage multiple system component projects and their constraints: Schedule, risk, resources, scope, budget, and quality.
- Organize samples delivery for the different testing and development teams.
- Maintain accountability and company’s New Product Introduction (NPI) process adherence to ensure consistent ways of working across teams and projects.
- Be the interface with the system program manager to ensure alignment on timelines and samples maturity between system components and complete system and finally the bike.
- Be the interface with quality team to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop project timelines with input from all teammates and gain buy in and agreement of ultimate plan.
- Identify critical path items to maintain forward progress towards goals while handling tradeoffs throughout execution.
- Identify, analyze, and address project risks by creating actions plans.
- Regularly share lessons learnt.
- Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders relating to project status and health.
- Assist in continuous improvements projects to further develop the OPA and tools needed to take product development to the next level.
- Coach, mentor and empower project team members to take positive action & accountability for their work.
- Support project sponsors writing the project charters and Identifying resources required to successfully achieve those future projects.
- Minimum 5 years in project management, experience with electromechanical systems development (mechanical/HW/FW) projects desired.
- Master’s degree in engineering (electronic, mechanical, or other related fields)
- PMP certified or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience with Agile and SAFe is a plus.
- Extensive experience and exposure to multiple technical product fields and manufacturing methods.
- Experience working with multiple global locations and understanding cultural differences and needs.
- Specific experience influencing and collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
- Experience with PLM systems, task management tools (eg Jira), and Project Management software (MS Project or similar)
- Curiosity or interest in cycling would be a plus.
