Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Define Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and establish project milestones.
Allocate resources and develop resource-loaded schedules.
Monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule and analyze schedule variances.
Prepare and monitor project budgets and forecasts, performing Earned Value Analysis.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports on schedule, cost, and resource status.
Identify and evaluate schedule and cost-related risks, recommending mitigation strategies.
Coordinate closely with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors for accurate updates.
Support the Project Manager in internal and client review meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in planning and project control within EPC/Oil & Gas projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Advanced skills in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP Systems (SAP / Oracle).
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Familiarity with cost control and budgeting processes.
