- Implement global brand image initiatives, including identifying and negotiating brand partnerships to drive awareness and desirability
- Oversee the development and execution of the global media strategy, ensuring consistency and maximum impact across markets
- Coordinate seasonal content production with the creative team to deliver conceptually aligned, cohesive storytelling across channels
- Negotiate and manage national and local print media campaigns in Europe to secure optimal placements, and high-quality execution
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury/fashion industry
- Solid experience in a commercial or retail environment, complemented by additional marketing or business qualifications
- Strong knowledge of brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and creative direction
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in German and English
- Strong project management abilities, with attention to detail and process optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with high aesthetic standards aligned to brand guidelines
