In this role you will be part of our Global Digital & eCommerce Community and partnering Global Digital operations head and team to develop complementarities and alignment on the global ecommerce strategy with the local Digital & E-Business managers.How you will create a beautiful impact:Accompany Global Ebusiness Director in the ecommerce acceleration of E-Retail business growth in Global developping a strong business mindset and accompany the countries in their accelerationMonitor and analyze Global E-Retail sales performance in comparison with market and main competitors. Provide actionable insights and actions on a monthly basis.Prepare and suggest Dashboard Kpis and formars for Monthly Business review with Top managementThere is a 3 pillars strategy towards retailers, the person would have the responsibility to accompany the implementation of this strategy with the Eretail content managerThe role has already established peer to peer with top retailers, towards better win-win partnership, tailoring exclusive Joint Business Plan with them increasing growth and profitabilityIn close collaboration with Global Ebusiness director, elevate the partnership in being best-in-class amongst the retailers on:Eretail tailor-made Content in driving success relationship with brand teamsGuide local markets to drive the implementation of La Prairie Luxury E-Retail strategy both in Omnichannel Retailers and Pureplayers.Be the main partner to support local Digital & E-Business Managers on negotiations with Retailers for the best usage and ROI maximization of our COOP and Marketing investments.Identify the needs and requirements to grow the E-Retail business in Global.
