You are interested in supply chain management with a proven track record of experience in contract and supplier management, this role is for you:Senior Supplier Relations & Contracts ManagerYour responsibilities:As Supply Chain Relations & Contracts Manager you will be the bridge between our suppliers and our internal organization.You will primarily focus on the relationship between Open Systems and its suppliers, as well as establishing and maintaining the associated (frame) agreements. In this role you will work closely with our Procurement & Business Enablement teams, as also with our Product Team. Together with Procurement you will further develop and expand a solid supplier-base contract governance.In this role you will primarily manage tech supplier relations as well as a mix of various vendors that supply Open Systems. This will include relations management, contract and price negotiations, commercials escalations and periodic performance discussions to ensure our procurement and provisional teams of high quality and to meet Open System’s commercial, strategic and operational needs.In this role you will find yourself performing the following duties:
Compile information and collaborate with internal teams in the assessment of commercial, technical, operational, legal, regulatory & financial environment,
Be the internal reference for supplier contracts and relations,
Act as escalation point for any supplier contract related request (commercial,billing, service level agreements etc.) made to both internal and external customers.
Act as a broker between our suppliers and customers to establish further business relations
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree level or equivalent experience as a Contracts/supplier Manager
Proven experience in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers from different countries
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Supplier Management, Procurement and/or Contracts Management
Demonstrated working knowledge of network topology such as SD WAN, Internet (DIA), as also knowledge of Software licensing and relevant cloud-based applications.
Fluent in English (German is preferred)
